CanChild is a non-profit research and educational centre at McMaster University. Founded in 1989, it is a leader in childhood disability research, focusing on children and youth with physical, developmental, and communicative needs, and their families. CanChild conducts evidence-based research to help children thrive at home, school, and in the community. Its multidisciplinary team collaborates globally to translate research into practice.
