Founded in 2015, NanoPhyll is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, with a research and development facility in Hamilton, Ontario and a sales office in the Bay Area of San Francisco, California. In 2016, the Company formed a partnership with McMaster University, in Ontario, and the University of Sherbrooke, in Quebec, to bring state-of-the-art research work in nanotechnology to market.
