The Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Sciences (OAMRS) is a provincial professional association representing the Medical Radiation Sciences profession in Ontario. We are the recognized advocate and voice for Medical Radiation Technologists (MRT) and Diagnostic Medical Sonographers across the province.

OAMRS was founded by practicing members of the profession to represent and help grow the profession and increase the standard of care to patients in Ontario. Led by the Board of Directors (volunteer industry professionals) OAMRS mission is to provide advocacy, support, and service for MRTs and Sonographers across the province.

The OAMRS is a non-profit organization that relies on voluntary membership and non-dues related revenues such as educational services to meet annual operation expectations. In addition, OAMRS offers educational programs, PLI and services nationwide under the banner, MedicalImagingEd.
