Coreprint Patterns’ is a family-run business whose current core business is mold making. These are predominantly for floor mold castings, match plates castings, investment castings and injection molded plastics, as well as machining with a focus on castings.

They have started to manufacture critical components for COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests for hospitals and labs across the province. They will be the first made-in-Ontario sources for these important components, which are difficult to acquire due to high global demand.

Patterns, Molds, Tools and Die: We use CNC precision at our Hamilton workshop to produce accurate and easy to use patterns, molds, tools and dies for all foundry/molding processes. We can help you with floor mold tooling, match plates, investment casting dies, core boxes, injection molds and much more.

Production Machining: CNC milling and general machining with expertise in machining castings and the challenges they present. We do everything from prototyping to high production runs giving you accurate parts on time. We provide in-house fixture design, production and programming.

Turnkey Solutions: We help you move from concept to creation. We are your one-stop-shop for tooling, castings, forgings, and machining for one-off prototypes to large production runs. Let us help you optimize the entire manufacturing process. Starting with selecting the ideal manufacturing process and optimizing the design of your part through to a finished part.

Additional Services: We help with 3D modeling, scanning, design and 3D printing services, reverse engineering of existing products, CAM programming, rapid prototyping and milling. Advances in 3D printing technology have made it easier and more cost-effective than ever to roll out new products.
