Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) is a nonprofit organization that delivers an objectives-based program for massively scalable, seed-stage, science- and technology-based companies.

CDL Health, offered at CDL-Oxford, CDL-Toronto and CDL-Vancouver, helps technical teams bring their health innovations to market by providing access to industry-leading mentors and investors in the life sciences domain.

The startups attend five in-person objective-setting sessions between October and June. CDL is a non-profit organization. There are no fees for participation and CDL does not take any equity.

CDL Health serves ambitious teams with strong backgrounds in chemical, biological, medical, materials, mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering who are working on projects and technologies with the potential to meaningfully enhance human health and wellness. CDL Health is tailored towards early-stage companies (early venture or growth) or even projects (pre-incorporation) however, startups at all levels of maturity will be considered.
