About us

TaARI, established in 1988 as a joint venture between Hamilton Civic Hospitals and McMaster University, focuses on translating research into new therapies for thrombosis and cardiovascular disease. Now based at the David Braley Research Institute, it collaborates with the Population Health Research Institute (PHRI) to improve clinical outcomes and positively impact patients’ lives through groundbreaking research.
