A second, more comprehensive survey was created and sent to the 9 core Synapse Life Science Consortium
partners: Bay Area Health Trust, City of Hamilton, Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Hamilton Health Sciences,
Innovation Factory, McMaster Innovation Park, McMaster University, Mohawk College, St. Joseph’s Healthcare
Hamilton. Each Consortium partner responded to those questions that directly related to their operations.
Questions and aggregate data can be found in the following table (certain questions have been omitted to
        preserve clarity and confidentiality):

Employee, budget, funding, and innovation data were aggregated between the two surveys to produce the
data points seen throughout the report, while talent, facilities, and capacity data points are represented solely
        by Synapse Consortium partners.
