Four researchers who chose Hamilton to revolutionize cancer care
Hamilton has been shaped by the contributions of people who have arrived from around the world and the same holds true for the Juravinski Cancer Centre and McMaster University.
Whether it’s Australia, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Greece, the U.S. or just other parts of Canada, doctors and researchers have come to Hamilton from some of the world’s most renowned academic institutions to provide patients with first-class cancer care.
Juergens, for instance, received her medical degree and cancer training at Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University, one of the highest-ranked schools in the world for health care.
